LAXNUT Resistance Shooting Exercise
Attach the LAXNUT Trainer to the base of the head at the top of the shaft.
Securely attach and twist into place the LAXNUT Resistance.
Clip one end of the desired resistance band to the LAXNUT Resistance and the other end to or around a secured location such as a tree, gym rack, lacrosse goal etc.
Mimic with desired resistance overhand and side arm shots to accelerate muscle development.
