LAXNUT Trainer for Goalies

  1. Attach the LAXNUT Trainer centered between the top hand at the base of the head and lower hand on the shaft

  2. Add desired weight to the LAXNUT Trainer

  3. Warm up and perform drills to accelerate isolated muscle development
