How to attach the LAXNUT Trainer
Step 1: Attach the LAXNUT Trainer to shaft of stick
Place the LAXNUT Trainer at the base of the head and secure around the shaft.
Step 2: Add additional desired weight on to the LAXNUT Trainer
Slide LAXNUT rings and/or power weights up from “butt” end of shaft and over the LAXNUT Trainer to secure. Add or lessen weight on the Laxnut trainer to desired workout intensity.
Step 3: If using a female or youth Shaft…
Although the LAXNUT Trainer is one size fits most, some thinner women’s and youth shaft owners may desire additional security. In this case lace excess mesh or traditional leather from the head through the LAXNUT Trainer or read and view the video below.
How to attach the LAXNUT Resistance
Step 1: Attach LAXNUT Trainer to shaft of stick
Place the LAXNUT Trainer at the base of the head and secure around the shaft.
Step 2: Add and secure LAXNUT Resistance
Secure the LAXNUT Resistance by placing over the LAXNUT Trainer and twist 90 degrees.
Step 3: Attach LAXNUT Resistance to LAXNUT Trainer(s)
Secure desired LAXNUT Resistance band(s) to the LAXNUT Resistant attachment. For additional training exercises, attach the LAXNUT Resistance to the “butt” end of the shaft (see video).
LAXNUT Trainer for Women’s and Youth shafts…
Step 1: Attach LAXNUT Trainer to shaft with excess mesh/string
Although the LAXNUT Trainer is one size fits most, some thinner women’s and youth shafts may need additional LAXNUT bands for fit. In this case, excess traditional leather or mesh from the head can be laced through the LAXNUT Trainer when attached to the shaft (video right). Or add complementary bands included in all purchases.
How to Attach the LAXNUT Trainer on a Goalie Stick
Step 1: Place the LAXNUT Trainer onto the shaft between positioning of the goalie’s hands.
Slide LAXNUT Trainer rings and/or power weights from “butt” end of shaft and over the LAXNUT Trainer to secure. Add or lessen weight on the Laxnut trainer to desired workout intensity.
