LAXNUT Resistance Checking Exercise

  1. Attach the LAXNUT Trainer to the base of the head at the top of the shaft.

  2. Securely attach and twist into place the LAXNUT Resistance.

  3. Clip one end of the desired resistance band to the LAXNUT Resistance and the other end to or around a secured location such as a tree, gym rack, lacrosse goal etc.

  4. Mimic with desired resistance slap checks, poke checks etc. to accelerate muscle development.

  5. Attach the LAXNUT Resistance at higher and lower elevations to further muscle development.

If using the LAXNUT Trainer for checking exercises, use a soft pad that can absorb the impact and never use in competition with other players.
