LAXNUT Resistance Bicep Training

  1. Attach the LAXNUT Trainer to the base of the head at the top of the shaft.

  2. Securely attach and twist into place the LAXNUT Resistance.

  3. Place additional LAXNUT Trainer at “butt end” of stick and Attach the LAXNUT Resistance.

  4. Clip one end of the desired resistance band to the LAXNUT Resistance at the base of the head and the other to the LAXNUT Resistance at the “butt end” of the stick.

  5. With the band secured under feet pull up on the stick in a curling motion to build bicep strength.
