LAXNUT Resistance Chest Training
Attach the LAXNUT Trainer to the base of the head at the top of the shaft.
Securely attach and twist into place the LAXNUT Resistance.
Place additional LAXNUT Trainer at “butt end” of stick and Attach the LAXNUT Resistance.
Clip one end of the desired resistance band to the LAXNUT Resistance at the base of the head and the other to the LAXNUT Resistance at the “butt end” of the stick.
Place band around secured item such as a tree, gym equipment, lacrosse goal etc.
Place right and left hands just inside of the LAXNUT’s on either side of the stick and stand straight with the lacrosse stick at touching the chest.
Step away from secured location until there is no slack with the band.
Press stick away from body as you would if lying on a bench press to accelerate muscle development.
